Had a fantastic day on the river with Heidi recently, it was good weather, great company and there were bags of enthusiasm.
The scenery on the middle river at Lazonby Estates is just stunning, the water was in great shape for trout after a lengthy dry spell.
The fly casting was looking good and the water was covered thoroughly.
First fish of the day.
A better fish takes a small P.T nymph.
